All content, including but not limited to text, MCQs, notes, images, audio, and video lectures (“Content”), is the exclusive property of RevisionPro SCE or its licensors. This Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

2.2. License and Restrictions

  • We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written consent.

  • You must not record or capture our lectures, quizzes, or any other paid material in any form without our express written permission.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our Services in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

  • Infringes upon the intellectual property or other rights of RevisionPro SCE or third parties.

  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems.

  • Interferes with or disrupts the security or operation of our Services.

4. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

4.1. Payment
All fees for courses, subscriptions, or materials must be paid in full prior to accessing the paid portion of our Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2. Refund and Cancellation

  • If you cancel your course 14 or more days before the scheduled start date, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund (as stated on our website or in the course details) provided you have not accessed the website, MCQs, notes or course content during this period.

  • If you cancel less than 14 days before the scheduled start date, no refund or cancellation is permitted.

  • All disputes or inquiries regarding payments or refunds must be communicated to us in writing.

5. Disclaimers

  • Our Services and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any particular results from using the Services will be achieved.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevisionPro SCE and its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for accessing our Services in the preceding six (6) months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RevisionPro SCE and its affiliates from and against all losses, liabilities, claims, actions, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use or misuse of our Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
